CX Time Management
Most CX windows are 60–120 seconds. You only get 5–8 questions in. Make every one count.
Pre-flow before the round
Write 3–5 questions in advance that work against ANY likely argument. Walk in armed.
Cut long answers — politely
'Thank you — moving on.' Don't let them give a 60-second mini-speech in your CX time.
