We want you to be completely satisfied with DB8 Speech & Debate Academy. If you're not happy with your paid subscription for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use Paddle's support portal, or contact us directly through the app and we will help facilitate the process with Paddle.

What happens after a refund

Once a refund is approved and processed, your subscription will be canceled and you will be returned to the Free tier. You will retain any progress saved in your account.

Cancellations without refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through Paddle. If you cancel outside the 30-day refund window, you will not receive a refund, but you will keep access until the end of your current billing period unless you request immediate cancellation.

Note: By default, cancellations in this app end access immediately and downgrade you to the Free tier right away. If you prefer access until the end of your billing period, contact us before canceling.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
