Hardest spots. You're framing the debate with no prior speeches to engage. Bring strong cases.

Middle spots — easiest clash

Lots to engage with. Easier to land refutation points.

Late speakers — find new ground

Everything's been said. Your job: extend, weigh, or find a new angle. Don't repeat.
