Topicality (T)

T argues: 'My opponent isn't even debating what's on the docket.'

Read the resolution carefully

If the bill says 'reform federal immigration policy' and they're debating border-wall construction tactics, you have a T argument.

T is procedural

Even if their argument is good, if it's off-topic, judges should reject it.
